To uphold our stringent hygiene standards from sourcing raw materials to food preparation and service, we have implemented a series of measures as below:
- Require suppliers to provide Health Certificates for every batch of high-risk foods.
- Monitor food storage temperatures to ensure that ingredients are kept within the appropriate temperature range.
- Thoroughly wash and sanitize the vegetables and fruits with a food-grade sanitizer before serving them to guests in salads.
- Ensure that all the hot food is cooked to the appropriate core temperature.
- Strengthen and provide personal protective equipment for staff, such as disposable gloves.
- Increase the frequency of cleaning and disinfection services in public areas
