Wah Kee Farm, located in Yuen Long, was established by a dedicated owner who introduced the purebred Baku pig from the UK and bred it into a unique hybrid. The meat is tender and delicate, and under the creative guidance of Executive Chinese Chef Bosco Li at Alva Hotel, diners can enjoy an unforgettable taste of Hong Kong's authentic flavors.
