- Transfer service will be suspended when Typhoon No.8 or Black Rainstorm signal is hoisted.
- Seating is on a first-come-first-served basis. If seats are full, guests are advised to wait for the next bus or find alternative self-paying transportations to and from the hotel.
- Passengers are advised to arrive at least 5 minutes in advance.
- Passengers should line up to board the shuttle bus. Latercomer (s) should wait at the rear of the queue.
- Hotel guests have priority access to shuttle bus services.
- ALVA HOTEL BY ROYAL will not be responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged personnel belongings on the hotel shuttle bus.
